Osteoporosis

  • Osteoporosis is a disease caused by a drop in hormones.
  • Bones become very brittle, weak, and easy to break.
  • Bone loss can occur over time, causing a stooped posture .

Osteoarthritis

  • It is the most common joint disorder
  • Caused by aging and daily wear and tear on joints
  • Symptoms include: pain, loss of flexibility, and grating sensations

Osteochondroma

  • It is a type of bone tumor, called a bone spur
  • They usually occur at joints during childhood
  • Patients feel joint pain or tingling during physical activity
  • It is caused by an abnormality in the bone's growth plate

Osteopenia

  • Osteopenia is low bone mineral density
  • It is usually caused by poor nutrition and aging.
  • There are no symptoms except a greater possibility of
  • bone fractures or breaks.

Bone Cysts

  • A bone cyst is a fluid-filled hole that develops inside a bone.
  • It usually doesn't have any symptoms, but can sometimes
  • cause bones to weaken.
  • It can be caused by the damage of blood vessels in the bone.
