WHAT IS CIRCUIT TRAINING ?

  • It's a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.
  • It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

BENEFITS OF THIS

  • maintain elevated heart rates for the entire period of exercise.
  • gains muscle through the resistance training
  • burns high amounts of calories during the high exertion periods of his/her sets.
  • All body parts are trained in one session so they don't need to work out everyday.
