LITTLE ROCK

• On September 33, 1957.
• Nine African American teenagers went to Little Rock Central HIgh School.
• First time black kids and white kids had gone to school together.
• Riots broke out outside the school.
• Students were escorted by military police.

• He was the greatest switch hitter and power hitter in baseball history
• Played for The New York Yankies for 18 seasons
• He was a center fielder and first baseman

• Prevented proper growth of fetus resulting in hideous birth defects
• Approximately 10,000 children around the world were effected
• It was required to test new drugs on pregnant animals before giving to humans
• Distillers Biochemical ltd. created the drug, they set up trust fund to those effected

• He killed 11 to 15 people in a month
• He was later captured and killed in 1958
• He committed this homicide with his girlfriend
