• It was founded by a man named Charles Alderton
• He was a pharmasits who also had a part time job at a soda shop
• He invinted Dr Pepper in the year 1885
• He wanted to make a drink that smelled like the pharmacy
• After many diffrent tries he found a mix of 23 flavors that he liked

In 2012 Dr Pepper sued one of its bottling plants in Dublin TX becouse it was selling outside its bounderies

• They used the origanal recipe always
• During WWII All soda compies switched from suger to corn syrup
• But Dublin kept using Real Pure Cane Sugar
• When it was sued it lost and forever more was Gone.
