Convicted of killing a four year-old boy named Derrick Robie on August 2nd, 1993.
Was diagnosed with Intermittent explosive disorder.
A condition where a person can not control inner rage.
Today he is still in prison. He has been denied parol 6 times since 2002. His next chance for parol is in April of 2014.
