PROTEIN

  • Protein is mostly enzymes
  • Examples: Chicken, Beans, Eggs, Almonds, Peanuts
  • Proteins are made up of about 22 amino acids
  • There are 8 essential amino acids because or body can nit make them.

CARBOHYDRATES

  • Examples: Sugar, Bread, pasta,cereal
  • Carbohydrates are made up of 3 elements: Carbon , hydrogen & oxygen

  • Lipids are molecules that contain hydrocarbons
  • Examples of lipids: fats, oils, waxes, soaps,fatty acids
  • The Most Delicious Foods Usually Have Lipids In Them
  • You can find lipids in various unhealthy foods

NUCLEIC

  • Nucleic acids are found in every living thing
  • Nucleic acids are polymeric macromolecules
  • Any thing that is living or alive I guarantee you, you will find nucleic acids
  • Nucleic- any group of long linear , macromolecules either DNA or Various Types Of RNA
