  • Grade A- Higher quality milk produced under height sanitary conditions
  • Grade B- It is also a good quality but is not produced under the strict standard as grade A

FLUID MILK

  • The average American drink 22 gallons of milk a year
  • Fluid milk is categorized by the amount of fat it contains

CHEESE

  • One third of milk produced in the US is used for cheese
  • Making one pound of cheese take ten pounds of milk

BUTTER
