- Light blue eyes
- Bad eyesight
- Involuntary back and forth movement of eyes
- Lazy eye
- Sensitivity to bright lights

Most affected: males (1 in 60,000)
Cause: mutation in GPR143 gene, the gene that decides the pigment of eyes
