Participants identified for daylong kudos & prizes
Used bws logo and text on an Avery address sized label, they got a recycled paper pencil, extra book checkout in library, class leader positions, photo on kiosk tv in front of school and plenty of positive reinforcement from staff

RESULT?
- 200+ of 560 kids
- Usually 80 walkers/bikers
- About 100/day thereafter
- Parent "bus" continued
