2 LARGE POTATOES

4 T grated cheese

1 small tin of tuna in spring water

2 Spring onions

METHOD

1.Wash all vegetables with water

MAKE SURE YOU SCRUB OFF THE DIRT

2.PRICK YOUR POTATO WITH A FORK 3 TIMES ON EACH SIDE

3.Place the potato on a piece of paper towel

and into the microwave

4.Cook the potato for 3 minutes on high,

turn the potato over and cook for anther 3 minutes

6. Open the tin of tuna and drain water off.

You can use the tin lid or a strainer

5. Chop the washed vegetables in small cubes

place in large bowl

8.WITH A KNIFE SLICE THE POTATO LENGTH WAYS

9. Scoop the potato out of the skin leaving the shell in tact.

PACE THE SCOOPED OUT POTATO IN THE BOWL WITH THE VEGETABLES

10. PUT THE DRAINED TUNA AND HALF THE CHEESE IN THE BOWL

OF POTATO MIXTURE AND SMASH WITH A FORK UNTIL ALL COMBINED.

11. FILL THE POTATO SKINS WITH THE MIXTURE

PUT REMAINING CHEESE ON TOP AND COOK FOR 2 MORE MINUTES

13. Serve up on a plate and eat with a knife and fork
