PRESENTATION OUTLINE
1 small tin of tuna in spring water
1.Wash all vegetables with water
2.PRICK YOUR POTATO WITH A FORK 3 TIMES ON EACH SIDE
3.Place the potato on a piece of paper towel
4.Cook the potato for 3 minutes on high,
6. Open the tin of tuna and drain water off.
5. Chop the washed vegetables in small cubes
8.WITH A KNIFE SLICE THE POTATO LENGTH WAYS
9. Scoop the potato out of the skin leaving the shell in tact.
10. PUT THE DRAINED TUNA AND HALF THE CHEESE IN THE BOWL
11. FILL THE POTATO SKINS WITH THE MIXTURE
13. Serve up on a plate and eat with a knife and fork
