• Worship inaminate objects such as rocks,trees,or some mysterious animals
• Before modern religious the gods were seen as a guide and the sovereign authority.
• The gods talked to people through mediators

• This religion has been called derogatory names such as animism and paganism.
• Anything others than christianity,judaism, and Islamic attribution to a soul to inanimate oblect.
