How to know

  • Your heart may beat too quickly, too slowly or irregularly.Cardiovasuclar disease symptoms can include fluttering in your chest, racing heartbeat, slow heartbeat , chest pain or discomfort, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, fainting or near fainting.

Effects

  • With less blood flow, your heart doesn’t get the oxygen it needs, and that can cause chest pain, called angina, especially when you exercise or do heavy labor.
  • Over time, your heart gets weaker, and it’s harder for it to pump blood and keep its regular rhythm. This can cause problems like dizziness, fainting, and shortness of breath.

These are some of the causes

A start

  • Plaque buildup thickens and stiffens artery walls, which can inhibit blood flow through your arteries to your organs and tissues.
  • Plaque- is a waxy substance made up of bad cholesterol, fatty molecules, and minerals.

This is what Plaque does to the heart

Resolution

  • Cardiovascular disease has a big impact on people because humans make bad choices involving their bodies, and those bad choices cause negative effects.
  • It is important to choose healthy lifestyles so the body does not have to suffer the consequences of heart disease.

Talk about it

  • Cardiovascular disease generally refers to conditions that involve narrowed or blocked blood vessels that can lead to a heart attack, chest pain or stroke.
  • Cardiovascular disease is the broad term for problems with the heart and blood vessels. These problems are often due to plaque.
