Maniac magee

• I think Jeffrey and Amanda will become friends.

Jeffrey "Maniac Magee" is an orphaned boy from Bridgeport. His parents were killed in the famous P & W crash. Jeffrey was sent to live with his Aunt Dot and Uncle Dan, who kept two of everything in their house. Jeffrey didn't like their constant silence towards each other, so he finally ran away to Two Mills. There, he meets a black girl named Amanda.

The book has been great so far! I'm so excited to read more. The character of Jeffrey is an interesting one for sure. I'm ready to see how this all plays out.
