1. Can make exercise more enjoyable and can give you goals to reach and when you reach them it gives you a reward.

2. Makes it easier to know how many calories are in the food you are eating and to know how many calories you burn from a session of exercise.

3. Makes it possible for you to know how fast you have run as well as the distance covered

HOW TO STOP THE NEGATIVES

1. We Believe that to make people do more exercise make video games and phones etc less addictive and less rewarding.

2. Make people remember the bonuses of doing exercise and being fit and healthy.

3. Show advertisements showing the scary negative affects of being obese and how it can reduce the length of your life by years.
