Walt Disney
Born December 5, 1901
Growing up he found a interest in art and went to the Kansas City and Chicago Art Institutes.
Became very good at drawing cartoons.
Walt served in the First World War in the Red Cross and drove an ambulance in France. When he got back he started working in jobs that had to do with filming.
His first studio,
Laugh-O-Gram, went into bankruptcy after lots of hard work. He decided to move to Hollywood and try again.
Walt started working with his brother and won an award for his cartoon in the "Flowers and Trees."
He then created Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which was a huge success.
After a lot of hardships and the creation of Disneyland Walt had made lots of movies and was famous. He later died of lung cancer.
