• HE BECAME IN POWER IN OCTOBER 29 1923
• He sign the treaty of lausanne in 1923
• He was turkey first persidant after he sign the treaty

WHAT DID HE DID

• He was in a revolutionary group that deposed ghe sultan in 1909
• He led the turkish war of independence

IMPACT ON HIS COUNTRY

• After ww1 he help to liberate and then reorganize and democratize turkey
• He is one of the biggest reasons turkey todays is a modern and wealthy nation
• He was a good leader to his nation he did everything he could to help
