UNHEALTHY FOOD
You shouldn't eat: canned tomatoes corn-fed beef, microwaved popcorn
nonorganic potatoes,farmed salmon milk produced with artificial hormones
and a conventional apples.
Large amounts of salt can result in cardiovascular risk.
Too much fat on meat could lead to heart disease.

HEALTHY FOOD
Some healthy foods are: apples, almonds, broccoli, blueberries, oily fish,
leafy green vegetables, sweet potatoes, avocado, and oatmeal.
Some healthy foods are organic, natural, and wholes foods.
The average amount of calories a man eats in a day is 2640.
The average amount of calories for a woman is 1785.

GUIDELINES FOR A HEALTHY DIET
You should eat more grains hen you do oils and fruits.
Vary your protein sources.
Know your food groups and balance your food diet.
Make sure you get a lot of calcium a day.
You should make half the grains you eat a day.
