UNHEALTHY FOOD

  • You shouldn't eat: canned tomatoes corn-fed beef, microwaved popcorn
  • nonorganic potatoes,farmed salmon milk produced with artificial hormones
  • and a conventional apples.
  • Large amounts of salt can result in cardiovascular risk.
  • Too much fat on meat could lead to heart disease.

HEALTHY FOOD

  • Some healthy foods are: apples, almonds, broccoli, blueberries, oily fish,
  • leafy green vegetables, sweet potatoes, avocado, and oatmeal.
  • Some healthy foods are organic, natural, and wholes foods.
  • The average amount of calories a man eats in a day is 2640.
  • The average amount of calories for a woman is 1785.

GUIDELINES FOR A HEALTHY DIET

  • You should eat more grains hen you do oils and fruits.
  • Vary your protein sources.
  • Know your food groups and balance your food diet.
  • Make sure you get a lot of calcium a day.
  • You should make half the grains you eat a day.
