there's much more to american food!

In the northeastern region...

Also known as new england...

it is close to the atlantic ocean..

and people can eat fresh seafood, like lobster.

or enjoy a delicious lobster roll

In the southeast...

Southern cooking can include

fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans

or for breakfast

try fresh-made biscuits with sausage gravy.

out west, near the pacific ocean,

people eat a lot of fresh vegetables and seafood

the cobb salad was invented in california

with chicken, spinach, avocado, lettuce, & tomatoes, it's a meal by itself!

if you're really hungry, try a california burrito

steak, french fries, & vegetables are wrapped in a flour tortilla
