  • Fact: you have rights to protest and say or do what you what you choose

federalism

  • Divides power between the federal gov(the president) and the state governor
  • Fact:they all share in everything that involves government and people

popular sovereignty

  • Have the right to elect their leaders, constitution makes sure gov did the best for peopl
  • Fact:have control on who runs their life

Rule of Law

  • every body needs to follow the rules
  • Fact: every citizen is subject to the law
  • If you do a crime no matter who you are you have to face the consequences

separation of power

  • No branch of government to become to or more powerful
  • Fact: all equal rules of law

independent judiciary

  • Judges and courts that is separate from the other branches
  • fact: different groups that do different type of jobs
