AZTEC DAILY LIFE

  • The Aztecs came from the valley in Mexico, they were originally from a tribe named Tenochca which
  • was located in New Mexico

AZTEC DAILY LIFE

  • The Aztecs were very powerful in 1519 until the Europeans came. If the Europeans hadn't
  • invaded their empire they would have expanded and made their empire bigger.

AZTEC DAILY LIFE

  • We benefited from the Aztecs and their creation of education because everyone today
  • We benefited from the Aztecs and their goes to school to get an education so that they could get a good job
  • and have money for their family and college necessities.

  • The Aztecs during their daily lives practiced recreation and mythological events.
  • The Aztecs empire fell when their invaders led by the Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes and
  • overthrew them by force.

MAYAN CIVILIZATION

  • The Mayans came from Belize and mainly the southern part of Mexico, they also lived in what
  • is now known as Guatemala.

  • The Mayans reached it's point in power during the 16th century. In the
  • field of math they created the calendar.

  • The Mayans had many advancements people enjoyed them for what they have done.
  • We benefited from the Mayans with their creation of the calendar by keeping track of important dates.

  • During their daily lives the Mayan's women would do most of the work and take care of the children.
  • All the Mayans believed in different gods and worshipped them daily.

  • The Mayans fall is a total mystery, it's said that people stopped believing on what happened. They say
  • that throughout time the Mayans one by one started to leave their cities until they were all gone.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • The Incan empire came from Peru in the Andes highland in the city known as Cuzco. The Incan
  • empire reached it's point of power during the 1500's by having a total of 12 million people.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • The Incan empire contributed to technology by inventing instruments.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • Because of the Incan's advancements they were known as the best empire in the 15th century
  • because they never let their citizens go hungry and none of them were poor and
  • they also weren't all homeless.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • We benefited from the Incan's with their creation of instruments because there are
  • many people today that make a living playing instruments and making music. During the Incan's daily
  • life they would practice daily offerings and sacrifices to their gods.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • They mainly used children for their sacrifices by sending them to the mountains to freeze. In 1525
  • A.D Sapa Inca died of plague and since he didn't have a successor this lead to civil war in the empire.
  • The Spanish then arrived to the empire in 1532 A.D and was led by Francisco Pizzaro.

INCA DAILY LIFE

  • They the kidnapped an Incan emperor and told him that it was for peace. The Spanish held
  • the emperor for ransom of $50 million dollars worth of gold. Although the emperor was to be
  • set free he was instead strangled to death by the spaniards. In 1535 A.D the empire was gone.
