ALL children have the right to an EDUCATION

All children need an education to:

• live a longer life
• learn to be healthy
• learn to respect others and live peacefully with each other

If children cannot access education, they might:

• have a shorter life
• be less healthy
• not be able to escape poverty

Some children cannot access this education because:

• Some places do not have schools or teachers
• Some children need to work to earn money
• Some children do not have families to help them
• Some children are too hungry or tired to go to school

ALL children also have RESPONSIBILITIES
