What are we Going to learn?

• This course is an exploration into the unifying themes of Biology
• With a focus on big ideas, students are given a deeper comprehension of
• what it means for something to be "alive"
• Topics include cells, origins of life, genetics, evolution, the human body (just to name a few!)

• It will be fun and fast-paced and there will be a lot of material to learn via
• lectures, activities, and hands-on experiences in the classroom 
• and in the laboratory

Credits

• We are going to cover the entire year of Biology
• By the time we are done, you will earn a total of 15 credits
• (10 for the lecture class + 5 for the laboratory experiments)
