STUNNING RARE DUMBO OCTOPUS SPOTTED OF CALIFORNIA COAST
The Dumbo Octopus has eight legs and two fins that look like ears, and it can change the
color of its skin to hide.
Scientists spotted the Dumbo Octopus in California’s Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary.

- When it opens its tentacles, it looks like an umbrella
- It grows sharp spines to defend itself instead of ink
- It has two large fins that make it look like an elephant that is how it got its name.

- Even though that there are many things that have been discovered in the past, there are new things like Dumbo that can be discovered today
