• Many Cajun , British,french and Arcadian people came to Louisiana and brought their culture of music with them. It was made by singing, humming, and rhythmic clapping and stamping. Instruments were brought to the colony, with a violinist's death recorded in 1782.
• Music includes(jazz , rhythm blues,gospel, zydeco ,and swamp pop)

• The first European religion in Louisiana was Roman Catholic .After the Louisiana Purchase in 1803 things changed.Methodists , Baptists , and Presbyterians , later joined by protestant groups and Lutherans. There are now Jewish and recently immigrants have brought Buddhism and Islam into Louisiana.But many Louisiana's believe in'' Jesus Christ''.
