Setting
The story takes place in Colorado. Their grandmother who has Alzheimer's disease is going to go back to Kansas to move in with them.

Conflict
One of the major conflicts is that the Beaumonts special power called a savvy gets all switched up. Gypsy, instead of seeing into the future or seeing back in time, gets the power to freeze time.

Major Events

• The first major event is when Gypsy first finds out she has the power to freeze time.
• The second major event is when Tucker, Gypsy's little brother gets his savvy early and almost destroy the house.
• The third major event is when Gypsy gets a vision that her grandmother is in danger.

Climax
The climax is when Gypsy's grandmother is on top of the clocktower and about to fall.

Resolution
The resolution is when Tucker grows big and carries his grandmother to the ground because he got really big and was able to put his grandmother in his palm.
