The First Amendment

Freedom of speech, press, religion, assembly, and petition

The Second Amendment

Right to bear arms

The Third Amendment

no quartering soldiers

The Fourth Amendment

No unreasonable search or seizure

The Fifth Amendment

The right to refuse to answer any questions and the right against self incrimination

The Sixth Amendment

The right to a speedy and public trial.

The Seventh Amendment

Guarantees a jury trial for civil cases in the federal courts.

The Eight Amendment

Freedom from excessive bail, excessive fines, and cruel or unusual punishments.

The Ninth Amendment

There are other rights that may exist aside from the ones explicitly mentioned, and even though they are not listed, it does not mean they can be violated.

The Tenth Amendment

Any power not given to federal is given to the states.
