CIRCULATORY SYSTEM

  • Heart, veins, and lungs.
  • It's job is to circulate blood around the body so that there's oxygen.

NERVOUS SYSTEM

  • Brain, nerves, and spinal chord
  • It sends signals from the brain to the rest of the body to do important things.

SKELETAL SYSTEM

  • The bones.
  • Provides structure so that our bodies aren't a mush.

MUSCLE SYSTEM

  • The muscles.
  • Allow us to have movement.

DIGESTIVE SYSTEM

  • Esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, liver, gall bladder, mouth.
  • It breaks down food and absorbs nutrients.

ENDOCRINE SYSTEM

  • The glands.
  • Produces hormones to help regulate the body.

IMMUNE SYSTEM

  • The skin, lymph nodes, white blood cells.
  • Defends the body from germs, bacteria, etc.

URINARY SYSTEM

  • Kidneys, bladder, uterus.
  • Produces urine, extracts urine and waste.

REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM

  • Ovaries, and testes.
  • It's for making babies and passing on genes.

RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

  • Lungs, trachea, pharynx, larynx, diaphragm.
  • It helps you breathe in air.
