PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Pass a gratitude stone around a class circle. Each person holding the stone shares a gratitude.
Keep a gratitude journal. Student planners make great places to record a daily gratitude
Go on a gratitude walk: write or draw what you are grateful for.
Express gratitude: we create a gratitude tree for a librarian and treats for elementary buddies.
Write and deliver thank you cards.
Post it: Spread messages of gratitude around the school.
"THE BEST THING" GAME
- Pick an animate or inanimate object (shoes, family, love)
- Say "The best thing about ______ is" (insert object)
- Each person says what is best about this object.
- Eg: "The best thing about family is they love you.
- Reading the "Important Book" is a great way to start this game.
