Cardiovascular
Running around your neighborhood ,which will exercise that will raise your heartbeat to the fat burning zone

Respiratory
Air travels into your body through your mouth or nose, travels down your trachea, then to your left and right bronchi which branch into bronchioles and finally into very small sacs in your lungs called Alveoli.

Nervous
If you accidentally touch a hot stove , the nerves in your skin shoot a message of pain to your brain

Digestive
Eating a hamburger and it's digesting in your stomach

Integumentary
For example, when you stub your toe, nerve cells in the foot send signals up the leg, through the spinal cord, and up into the brain

Muscular
For example, while the elbow flexors biceps contract when performing a curls the elbow extensors triceps extend . A synergist helps a larger agonist work efficiently. Synergists provide additional pull or may stabilize muscles.

Skeletal

Lymphatic(immune)
when a body part swells, it may be because there is too much fluid in the tissues in that area.

Excretory
as your cells break down amino acids, they produce a dangerous toxin known as urea. The cells of your body excrete this urea into your blood.
