The Company/Team, due to it being indie isn't going to be very large. I intend the whole company to be that of ten people. With having six of which working on the game. SO for example we could have three people working on the programming for the game and then the other three working on the look and design, creating the necessary models etc. Whilst the other four will be focused on the business side of things. This will also keep the cost of employees down and the cost of required equipment due to the fact that less employees means less required equipment. The equipment needed will be such items as, industry standard pc's, along with the right peripherals (Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard) Along with software that can be used on these pc's and that would be used on the development of the game e.g. a game engine such as unity and a modelling software like 3dsMax. Software for sound and Photoshop would also be needed. Many of these pieces of software will be bought on a pay per month basis.
