• The people of England were beginning to receive religious equality
• Jews began to receive the same rights and freedoms as everyone else
• Last restrictions on Catholics and Jews were removed

• Many acts passed to expand freedoms

ECONOMY

• The economy was effected by industrial revolution
• Helped economy
• Faster production of goods
• More jobs available
• New tools were made for easier work

• Social classes were divided into estates
• Only men with property and money could vote
• Women couldn't vote
• Women suffrage
