This trip is remarkable for me, because it is the trip where I learned the most from. I absorbed many lessons and parts of Bacolod's history

The trip is historical, because there are many stories in the past that made Bacolod what it is now. Bacolod now is nothing without its history.

Divine, the food is just so divine. Cansi, Batchoy, etc. I love eating all of them! They made my tummy so happy all throughout the trip!

2 MEMORABLE PEOPLE

MR. RAMON HOFILEÑA, MS. LILA VILLANUEVA

Mr. Hofileña is a great man. When he was young, he did so many things, and still does many until now. He is already 82 years old. He inspires me to keep reaching for great things while I am still young, and age doesn't matter.

Ms. Villanueva is a Negrense who grew up in New York. Even if she came from USA, she still carries her Filipino pride. Her lessons and teachings to us were very inspiring. She makes me want to continue my mom's job as an architect.

I learned that Bacolod plays a big role in the Philippine history. From this trip, I have discovered and learned how the people in the place lived before. It struck me how they would separate the rich and the poor. Well, life is unfair.
