  • Decides if laws are constutional
  • Are appointed by the president
  • There are 9 justices

  • Makes laws that then go to president to sign
  • Includes the house and the senate
  • There is 435 representatives
  • There is 100 senators (2 for each state)

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SENATE AND HOUSE

  • Have to be over 25 to run
  • Have to be a citizen in the United States for seven years
  • You have to inhabinit the state they repersent
  • You have to be over 30 to run for senate
  • You have to be citizen in the United States for nine years in the senate
