• Senate, have to be 30, be a citizen for 9 years
• for both, during rlection must be in the state they are representing

EXECUTIVE

• President and Vice President
• President appoints people for judicial branch
• Must be born on us soil, must be 35, must be citizen for 14 years

JUDICIAL

• Highest court in america
• There arent really any qualifications
• 9 justices
• They check to see if laws agree with the consitution
