• The Legislative branch involves 2 houses
• The Senate and The House of Represenitive
• They Can overide presidential vetoe with 2/3 of the Legislative

SENATE DESCRIPTION (UPPER HOUSE)

• Can Approves presidential appointments (cabinet and Supreme Court Justice)
• Can Declare war
• Also, may trial the president of the time for impeachment
• There are 100 members
• Two represenitives for each state

SENATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Can only serve for 6 years, can be reelected, and cans serve multiple terms
• Has to live in representing stae
• Has to be a United States citizen for more then 7 years
• Has to be 25 years of age

HOUSE OF REPRESENITIVES DESCRIPTION

• Can include bills dealing with revunue (taxes and money)
• Can charge president of time with impeachment
• Also, can declare war like Senate
• 365 members, reresenitive based on population of state
• Can serve 2 years, can be relected

HOUSE OF REPRESENITIVES QUALIFICATIONS

• Has to be 21 years of age
• Has to have a resident in represented state

EXECUTIVE BRANCH

EXECUTIVE BRANCH

• Includes President, and Vice President
• May only have 2 terms, or 4 years
• Commander in cheif can appoint Supreme Court justices
• Can conduct foreign affair
• Can veto or sign bills to become lawse

PRESIDENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• They have to be natural-born in the U.S.A.
• Or citizen of the U.S.A. By adoption of the constitution
• Age requires 35 years of age
• Has to have a resident in United States for 14 years

VICE PRESIDENT QUALIFICATIONS

• Has to be 35 years old
• Have to be United States Citizen
• Has to have resident in United States

CABINET QUALIFICATION

• Can not have job made by law
• Can not be a member of congress or siting govener
• May not grant noble title

JUDICIAL BRANCH

JUDICIAL BRANCH

• Job is to check that the people agree with constitution
• There are 9 justices in the Supreme Court
• The justices serve life terms
• Can uphold or deny lower court
