There are many major cities in the coastal plains region like Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston, Galveston, Brownsville, Waco, and Laredo

FIRST TEXANS/NATIVE AMERICANS
The Native Americans ate prickly pear fruit, sowed corn, beans, squash, acorns, pecans, walnuts, seafood, and Buffaloes.
They lived in clusters also in permanent villages.
Had houses shaped like cones

THE NATIVE AMERICANS DAILY LIFES
They were famers.
Gathered vegetables and grains also gathered nuts and berries
Hunted fish, deer, small animals, and buffalo
Lived in permanent villages
The tribes names are Caddo, Karankawa, Atakapa, Coahuiltecan, Wichita, and Tonkawa.
