4TH GRADE LEARNING

MATH

• I learned a lot this year in Math including division, addition, subtraction, and multiplecation. We also learned fractions and decimals.We also learned stratiges to help us on questions that are hard.We also played a fun probability game called PIG.

READING

• I learned how to perfect my summary's. I also learned how to read advanced books, like Lord of the rings

WRITING

• In writing I learned how to fix run on sentences and commas in the right space and many more!

SCIENCE

• In science I learned about energy and motion. Also I learned about plants and their structures. Finally I learned about circuits and waves such as sound waves and heat waves.

SOCIAL STUDIES

• In social studies I learned about Abraham Lincoln. I also learned about civil war and Slavery and how the slaves were treated.We also took a field trip to the capital of Kentucky!

ART

• In art I learned how to draw unique figures in different ways.

P.E.

• In P.E. we did lots of activites including pickle ball, tennis, field hockey,basketball,and running.We also did excersices to strech our muscles.

COMPUTER

• In computer we were coding on computers. We also made mazes for Mrs Adams. We are also working on our typing in typing club.

MUSIC

• In music we learned about recorders and how to play them. We also learned more music notes than we knew in third grade.

LIBRARY

• In library we did projects such as Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Martin Luther king Jr., and Jackie Robinson.We also watched videos that show us how people are helping our country.
