Pillar one The first pillar is a statement of faith. Once in a Muslims life, they must state their faith by saying " There is no god but God, and Muhammad is prophet."
Pillar two Daily prayer is the second pillar. They have to pray five times a day. The first time is between first light and sunrise. The second is after the sun past the middle of the sky. The third is between mid afternoon and sunset. The fourth is between sunset and the last light of the day. The last one is between darkness and midnight.
Pillar four Pillar four is fasting during the holy month of Ramadan. It's been practiced for centuries in connection with religious ceremonies by Christians, Jews, Confusionists, Hindu's, and Janes.
