PRESENTATION OUTLINE

Hello, my name is

Charisma Wessels and i am a workout trainer.

DAY ONE!
Today i will start by having
everyone take a 20min walk around the track

DAY TWO!
Today I will have them start with a lil jog for about 10mins

DAY THREE!
Today We will be doing a Little stretch for 10min to loosen up the muscles

DAY FOUR!
Today we will be doing a 1hour workout on the treadmill with the speed on 15 & the incline on 4

DAY FIVE!
Today we will be getting on the scale to see how much weight we've lost within these 5 days
