1. Tidy your room the night before! Little by little only, it’s a good way to tire yourself out and help your zzz’s come a little faster, not to mention you’ll have a cleaner room!
2. No phone! The white light from your phone, or any other device, will keep you up at night! It is recommended to leave an hour between screentime and bedtime!
3. Wake up early! Ever since I started early mornings, I’ve had so much more time! You get used to it, and if you go to bed earlier, you’ll end up with the same amount of sleep!
5. Make a healthy breakfast! A good breakfast in the morning is not always the healthiest option! Try to go for some fruit, or a salad to be just that little more healthy!
6. Make your bed! It does some wonders, not including being more pleasing to the eye! Your parents will be proud you set aside time in your early morning to make your bed!
