THE 6TH AMENDMENT

THE RIGHT TO A SPEEDY AND PUBLIC TRIAL

THE PEOPLE WHO WERE INVOLVED WITH THE 6TH AMENDMENT:

THE FOUNDERS OR IN OTHER WORD THE FRAMERS OF THE CONSTITUTION.
To protect the rights that are basic of the accused.

IT HAPPENED DURING :

9/25/1789 IS WHEN IT WAS PROPOSED, 12/15/1791 IS WHEN IT WAS RATIFIED

WHEN THE ISSUE TO PROPOSE THE AMENDMENT

IT WAS BROUGHT UP DURING THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION.

THE 6TH AMENDMENT WAS PASSED:

DURING THE CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION IN 9/25/1789

WHY WAS IT PROPOSED

TO PROTECT THE RIGHTS AND ALLOW THEM TO THE ACCUSED

IT WAS PASSED BY RATIFICATION

IN 12/15/1791

THE STRUCTURE OF THE SIXTH AMENDMENT:

This passage of the constitution did change the american culture by allowing the accused to basic rights that we were given to identify us as the people United States of America.

YES, IT DID SOLVE THE PROBLEM IT WAS CREATED TO ADDRESS.

One of the major cases that I found that caught my eye was: Powell vs. Alabama.
In 1932, several black youths were charged and convicted with raping two young white women. This case established the right that people had the right to council. And the 7 young men did not even know how to properly defend them selfs in a court system.
