DSLR CAMERAS
This was the first time that I ever used a DSLR Camera. With that said, I was able to develop my skills. I was able to focus the camera at all times so that I captured the image that I needed and also being to hold the camera according to how I wanted the shot to be. Using White Balance helped me to produce a better quality of pictures. I also learnt the different equipments used in photography and I was able to use them. For example , Flash Stands, Joystick, LCD Screen and Umbrella Soft Boxes.

PHOTOSHOP and INDESIGN
It was also my first time using these software which meant that I wasn't aware on some of the techniques and the effect that I could manipulate in my magazine. I developed my skills on knowing how to saturate my images so that appeared to be more crisped and clearer to view. I was able to identify key features like, Mastheads, Cover lines, Sky lines, 3-Colour Scheme and Pull Quotes that appear in magazines in general. I knew where to place them so that my magazine was representable to my audience.

BLOGGER AND TIME TOAST
Blogger enabled me develop my skills on embedding my presentations on my blog. I was able to crop out my images using 'Snippy Tools' and save my files as JPEG so that my viewers and I were able to see my images. Time Toast developed my skills on sharing hyperlinks.

ONLINE PRESENTATIONS
All of the Online Presentations that I have used develop my skills on how to be more creative and branch out my ideas effectively. By doing this I was able to embed my work to my blog and use effects, resize and add shapes/images.
