O! never say that I was false of heart,

Though absence seemed my flame to qualify,

As from my soul which in thy breast doth lie:

Back then, people believed their lover lived in their heart and always remained there.

Quatrain 1:
Do not think I love you less despite my absence which made you think that. Though I can. Easily leave, my soul is connected to you through our hearts.

That is my home of love: if I have ranged,

"Home of love"=heart (metaphor)

Like him that travels, I return again;

Just to the time, not with the time exchanged,

So that myself bring water for my stain.

"Bring water for my stain"=fix mistakes (metaphor)

Quatrain 2: My love for you remains in my heart no matter what, and even if I travel/leave, I will come back with everything back to normal and will mend my mistakes.

Never believe though in my nature reigned,

All frailties that besiege all kinds of blood,

"All kinds of blood"=various people/everyone

Frailties= a fault resulting from moral weakness

Besiege= to trouble, annoy, or attack a group of people or a person

That it could so preposterously be stained,

Stain is a synonym for imperfection.

Quatrain 3: Do not think that the flaws I possess, which every human has, will ridiculously ruin my love for you and leave leave no happiness between us.

Save thou, my rose, in it thou art my all.

"My rose"=my love, person of immense affection (metaphor)

Couplet: There's no one else in the entire world that I would rather call my love; you are my everything.
