Create a poetry portfolio!

  • 1 poem on nature: 20%
  • 1 poem about a person: 20%
  • 1 poem about a situation: 20%
  • 1 concrete poem or haiku: 20%
  • * 1 lyric poem, sonnet, or ode (extra! 10%!)

Due: Oct 16

  • illustrate each poem
  • start each poem on a new page
  • cover page with your name, school, date, title
  • include figurative language and other poetic elements (rhyme, rhythm)
  • bonus: have a theme!
