San Francisco Chronicle
What prompted this innovation was San Francisco Chronicle.
San Francisco Chronicle was a happy customer of ReserveAdBoss. Then they bought Layout-8000.
RAB had a custom interface. The customer wanted to reuse that interface for Layout-8000. ($1) Then they changed the custom file format. ($2) Then they wanted RAB to use the new file format. ($3) That adds up to 3 new custom interfaces.
