Observations of Nature

there's so much more to the world than us. than me.

there's a place where earth and humans meet.

many more things live in this wood than i can imagine.

to them, this is home. i am the intruder.

can i be one with them? can i share their home?

peace must be the answer.

no one has lived here. nature has been its own inhabitant.

is to "go with it." but why?

we are all ruining nature. we should be ashamed

because the earth is our home.

she shall take back what is hers.

take our creations and give them to the deserving--

the inhabitants of the wood. small, significant, truthful.

we must appreciate.

we must appreciate our guardian before she leaves.
