Too HIGH? >12 g total fat, > 3 g saturated fat, > 0 g Trans fat

Too HIGH? >50 mg cholesterol, >400 mg sodium

Too HIGH? >20 g added sugars, Too LOW?

#5: Protein, vitamins, & minerals

Look for: >5 g protein, >10% daily value of vitamins & minerals
