  • General McClellan was taking his time and lost his chance to capture Lee. Lincoln fired him. He was patient while McClellan was taking his time.

CONFIDENT

  • Lincoln sent letters to people asking their opinion to reinforce Fort Sumter. They all said it was a bad idea and not to do it, but Lincoln did it anyway. He had confidence in himself
