  • Common form of entertainment
  • Career for mostly men

ACTING TRAINING

  • One must experiance by doing plays to become better
  • Self motivation helps to complete
  • Awareness of surroundings helps

THE CHANGE OF ACTING

  • Over time the actor relied on their backstage help
  • Required additional training for other parts
  • Sword fights were popular
  • Fencing was a needed skill for certain plays

FENCING

  • Form of self defence
  • Originally used sword an dagger
  • Became a popular sport
  • Used for certain scenes in plays
  • Very coordinated

  • More for show and decoration
