In Bryan Zitmans What is a moral compass and why do you need one? He states that there are several aspects and benefits to understanding and having a good moral compass. None more important then, the ability to judge and make your own decisions based on what you think is ok or not okay. Zitman goes onto say “If we develop a moral compass and then ignore its readings, it does us absolutely no good.”(Zitman 1)
